From 13 to 18 years old approximately
Adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood. The construction of the teenager is a very important period in the construction of the adult that he/she is becoming.
This period of great upheaval creates a lot of doubts and anxieties, which complicates their positioning, whether at home, at school or in society.
If they are themselves willing to find a solution to their problems, hypnosis can perfectly answer their difficulties.
A minimum of 2 sessions are required for a teenager, the first one with the parents or a parent only in order to free the speech and to understand the dimensions of the problematic, then the following sessions will be done for 10 minutes with the accompanying person (parent or family member) and the rest of the time only with the child. During the following sessions the presence of the parent is not required.

Having a child with a neurodevelopmental disorder disrupts all areas of life and can be very confusing for parents who are not prepared. Having the diagnosis is already complicated, but it is not enough because it is rarely accompanied by explanations. It is essential to be able to explain the disorder and its impact on daily life so that you can better adapt the way you interact with your child or teenager. Guiding you allows you to better live your role as a parent, improves their well-being and allows the whole family to find or regain serene relationships.
